Dishonesty in agreement and billing. Will not provide you outcome they promised. Will not give you lawyer you signed up with. If you address any concern, you will be threatened to be dropped. If you try hard to resolve the issue, you will be dropped as a client and if you leave a negative feedback, you will be harassed by firm lawyer for leaving a negative comment.

Not worth wasting your time and money. Even though it's wife's company, husband is a manager and she doesn't work to resolve the issue and the throws the ball at the husband (manager), who takes any concern negative in a personal way.

I thought my first lawyer and her firm was worsw but this one was a complete dive down for me.

I don't recommend!!! Paid my retainer $1,500 and all they did was send out a demand letter...that's it. They did absolutely Nothing! The staff was friendly but seemed clueless about the next plan of action. And the attorney doesn't return calls spoke to her Once. My case was never resolved. Wish I could get my money Back...Disappointed!

Jasmit takes a long time to get back to you, and it's really hard to get a hold of her. I would recommend recording the phone calls you have with her, because she will make promises on the phone that she cannot keep.

This is an the best law firm in Dallas. I highly recommend it.

She really needs to fire her office staff. They are rude, racist, and disrespectful. I had a consultation with the lawyer (who is at no fault) on Oct 6th of this year, at that time I was told that her office manager would be quoting me through my insurance company and I would receive a call and an email. I called for three weeks to receive the quote after which the office manager tells me it would be 3 grand well okay that's fine well can I receive a paper quote with this information. He tells me for a week straight that it will be emailed to me. Well finally he tells me that he's spoken to my insurance company which he lied and that if I wanted to retain the attorney I needed to pay and all of this is WITHOUT a written contract! Who does this ? Then he tells me that HE thinks that the attorney/client relationship wouldn't be good. Why is that because he lied to me without even consulting the attorney herself? I'm not paying any money without knowing what I'm paying first. And then he has slandered my name in the office as someone who is going to cause trouble so now the attorney after four weeks now will not take my case and he hung up in my face. I understand that I'm not an immigrant but EVERYONE deserves to be treated the same is that not what an immigration lawyer stands for ?! Apparently my case is not important enough for her office and now after four weeks, I'm stuck without an attorney and I have court coming soon. So thanks to this office manager for being inconsiderate and inconsistent with his own job and decisions in life. Every action has a reaction.

Excellent service! The staff is very friendly. The legal team is very informative. They answered all of my questions and left me feeling very informed about my case and confident in their ability to pursue my legal matters with diligence.

Do not hire them. Since this is my first experience with the court system, I wanted to hire a lawyer. I have had nothing but problems with this firm. The lawyer I hired left the company and my case was reassigned to another lawyer. No one called or contacted me to notify me of the change. I received an email with a different signature but assumed it was another secretary since he did not specify that my case was reassigned. I did not find out about the change until the WEEK BEFORE my court date. Old lawyer wanted to fight my case due to self defense. New lawyer didn't know anything about my case. He did not ask to meet me, hear my story and when he met the judge on my behalf, he was unable to answer simple questions that the judge asked about me. (The judge asked if I was working, where and if I was attending university)

I just wanted to case to be over with so I aired my concern but let it go. Fast forward to today. Today was supposed to be my last day in court. I waited almost two hours without hearing from my lawyer, deontae. I had to call the office and tell them to get him to call me. When I finally spoke to him, he told me that the judge is preparing for the trial of a different case and my case is being pushed to another date. And he had known that for a little while. Once again, he neglected to contact me regarding important information about my case. He then attempted to get me to sign paperwork that was not filled out and got angry when I asked him to explain what the form was. This firm is a waste of money. I also attempted to meet with jasmit since my complaint is about her employee but the secretary is somehow unable to view her schedule so that was a dead end.
Avoid this firm if you want to be treated considerably after paying thousands of your hard earned dollars.

* Update* I added a star after talking to Jasmit. Turns out the secretary lied about not being able to view her schedule. Of course. In fact there is a link where clients can schedule their own appointment with jasmit that was eventually sent to me. I'm not sure why this information was withheld from a paying client. She should definitely coach the secretary or get another one, because, among the other things, not being able to schedule an appointment with a lawyer is a major red flag.
